The meeting, led by Steve Allen, British Airways Area Manager
Southern Gulf, Central Asia and Levant, reviewed the airline's regional action and marketing strategies, with a view to refining and improving the service offered throughout the region.

Also present were Amanda Cromhout, British Airways Marketing Manager Central Asia, South Asia, Middle East and Levant, Rory Black, British Airways Commercial Manager Levant, and Saad Jaber, British Airways Sales Manager Jordan.

Steve Allen said, "We have chosen Amman as the location for this vital meeting, which will establish the framework on which to improve the service we offer, and to expand out operations in this region in the coming years.

"We will also be looking for ways to make our business operation more efficient, and focus on customer service, which is always at the heart of the British Airways operation.

"Our decision to have the Team Meeting here in Amman was because we are particularly interested in supporting the growing economy of Jordan, which is an important area for the expansion of our business in this region."

The British Airways Levant operation features a linked service, with five weekly flights between Amman and London, four of them going via Beirut, eight weekly flights between Beirut and London, and five flights between Damascus and London, with this schedule providing for three connecting flights between Aleppo and London.
