$150m Tamweel IPO

Islamic mortgage company Tamweel is to offer $150m of new shares in an initial public offering, leaving 45% of shares with its founders, which are principally Dubai Government owned entities. The new funds will help Tamweel meet the growing demand for real estate finance.
