An opportunity to be part of the Gulf's first regional HR survey

  • Sunday, February 19 - 2006 at 13:01

Conscious that business performance relies on an organisation's ability to align its workforce to meet its changing needs, the Dubai office of DBM has commissioned research to gain a clearer understanding of how the Gulf's General and HR Managers view career management, employee retention and development, and the main challenges of change.

Article continues below

The survey is seeking the opinion of the HR and General Managers of organisations of 40 employees and over in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. A confidential executive summary will be shared with participating organisations. Several of the professionals who have already taken part have mentioned its value for internal benchmarking. Results will be used by DBM but no quotes or opinions will be traceable to individual respondents or organisations.

If you are the HR or General Manager of an organisation employing more than 40 staff in the region and are interested in taking part, please contact research@dbmgulf.com for a copy of the questionnaire. If you would like more information first, please call Karen Oliver, Managing Director, DBM Arabian Gulf on + 971 4 3911277 or karen.oliver@dbmgulf.com. Surveys to be completed and returned to DBM by 23rd February 2006
