$15bn aviation hub for Dubai

The Dubai Government last night held a press conference to announce the Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, a plan to invest $15bn by 2015 in creating a hub for aviation services in the emirate. This will include aircraft leasing, manufacturing, maintainance and a new university.
