Bahrain Islamic Bank Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yousif Saleh Khalaf, sent personal letters of thanks to all employees of the Bank, in which he expressed his thanks for the tremendous efforts made by them over the past year, which resulted in the Bank achieving successes in various areas.

The Bahrain Islamic Bank is the only bank in Bahrain providing these benefits as a single package to all staff.
Mr. Khalaf said in his letter that 2006 will have even better news for the employees, and he emphasized the importance of the team work in order to be able to compete and to face future challenges.
"We are looking forward to the launch of several incentive schemes, including the Smart Idea by which employees can make constructive suggestions for improving Bank processes, and the Banker of the Month through which winners will be rewarded for distinction and diligence", Mr. Khalaf explained.
He disclosed that the Bank's newsletter would be re-issued in a new format and out look and that a new website would be launched shortly. Further, a Saving Plan and other ideas are under consideration.
"All such benefits and facilities are provided for the employees who form our most valuable assets", the Chief Executive Officer concluded.
