The Amman Marriott is 'wired for business'

The latest in internet access solutions has been introduced within the guestrooms, meeting/conference areas of the hotel, business center and executive lounge.

To address the needs of the business traveler, the Amman Marriott Hotel has also completed the long awaited fitting of the new bedding in all the hotel guest rooms. The hotel is now offering the latest in duvets made with a 90% snow white duck down feather filling. The duvets have also been treated with MESENTEX against all allergies. In addition to the extra upgraded feather pillows, new foam mattresses with quilted top and inner coil spring have been introduced for the ultimate luxury and comfort.

As for their event planners, the Amman Marriott Hotel has introduced several programs to enhance event planning and make the experience as pleasant as possible.

The "Event Planner Recognition Program" is to make the event planner feel special and well taken care of through recognition during each phase of their event. A signature pin, which is a small gold "Dallah" is presented to the event planner prior to the event to wear for the duration of their event. The "Dallah" symbol was chosen to reflect the warmth, the passion of hospitality and tradition towards the prospective meeting planners. The pin will ensure that the person who wears it will receive VIP treatment and recognition by all the associates at the hotel. As well, the pin will also provide attentive service and will facilitate in meeting all the expectations required for a successful event.

In addition, the Amman Marriott Hotel has a "Red Coat Program" in place to ensure that the event meets the expectations of the planner. A designated associate wearing a red coat, so that he stands out, is assigned to the event planner. He is responsible for the duration of the event and is available on the floor at all times.

Also, a meeting survival kit is available in all meeting rooms for the event planners that include all the basic necessities such as tape, magic markers, pencils, notepads, whole puncher, stapler and other such items for the convenience of the event planner.
