Ms. Walter, a German native with nearly thirteen years of experience in the hotel industry, began her career in Switzerland and has worked in many reputed hotels around the world within the Accor Group, including Egypt, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. Accor is the leading European hotel chain and one of the world's largest hotel groups.

The management at Novotel added,

Novotel Al Dana Resort is an international-class hotel that combines traditional Arabic elegance with a modern touch. The hotel, located along the Shaikh Hamad Causeway, close to the National Museum, has 172 rooms and suites, comprising of 132 Deluxe Rooms, 19 Deluxe Suites, 17 Executive Suites and 4 Signature Suites.
