Utilising the website, Sales managers can book their Sales Executives onto the BMW Middle East training courses and get immediate confirmation that the booking has been accepted. The booking is automatically listed in the Sales Executive's online course calendar and the Sales Executives are notified about the booking.
The website gives the Sales Executives access to self study material and online tests so that they can update, refresh and test their product knowledge. Sales Managers can track the progress of the Sales Executives as they undertake the activities and assessments. The training material and online assessments provided by the website are additional to more traditional training undertaken through the year.
"The Academy website is only one part of the training program BMW Sales Executives undergo. The online training completes the face to face training conducted throughout the year." Seemann said.
