HUMMER H3 joins Budget fleet

Now Budget customers in the UAE will have more options to choose exclusive cars for their travel requirements while making Budget Dubai & Sharjah, the first licensee in the MEA region to include the iconic car in its fleet. The stylish HUMMER H3 allows Budget customers to experience both urban driving comfort and off-road adventure while providing optimum safety.

Announcing the new development, Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Dubai-based Liberty Investment Company (LIC), which is the holding company of the group, said:

'Budget Rent A Car Dubai & Sharjah have always been pioneers in new product development in the car rental business. The introduction of the Hummer H3 will put Budget in a stronger position to face the industry challenges.'

Budget will take delivery of the first batch of HUMMER H3 vehicles this week from Liberty Automobiles Company (LAC), the exclusive dealer of Hummer in the UAE. Both Budget Rent A Car Dubai & Sharjah and LAC are member companies of Liberty Investment Company.

Duncan Peat, Group General Manager, Budget Rent A Car Dubai & Sharjah, pointed out that the inclusion of the HUMMER H3 was aimed primarily at the large number of holidaymakers who visit the UAE and would like to travel in a robust yet sporty-looking vehicle. He explained that the all-new H3 would further consolidate Budget's leading position in the regional car rental industry.

'With the first batch of HUMMER H3 vehicles joining our fleet, we can now offer a wider range of imaginative travel options to our customers while combining it with our superlative service.'

The formidable H3 signals the next chapter in the illustrious HUMMER legacy - showcasing the company's world-renowned supremacy in dynamic external aesthetics and world-class engineering. Like each of its predecessors - the legendary H1 and H2 - the HUMMER H3 has seized leadership of off-road capability among midsize sport utilities when it arrived in the Middle East recently.

The H3 packs all of the uncompromising HUMMER style and capability into its mid-size dimensions. Roughly the same length as a family sedan, the H3 comfortably navigates city traffic and delivers HUMMER's trademark incredible crawling and climbing capabilities.
