- PRESS RELEASE
Union Properties (UP), who was recently declared as The Property Company of the Year at the Arabian Business Achievement Awards 2005, had resounding success during the International Property Week 2006 with its iconic MotorCity development in addition to the two residential projects Green Community West and UPTOWN Mirdiff.
Visitors were astounded when they saw the MotorCity model which had precise details of the five components: Dubai Autodrome, Formula One Theme Park, Business Park MotorCity and its two residential areas UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community MotorCity.
Union Properties has always exceeded expectations, already having a large portfolio of rental properties, residential and retail, with 100 percent occupancy in each and every one of them. They strive to provide something different and unique in each of their projects.
"Union Properties will continue to operate with the basic principle of offering well thought out communities and developments with an eye firmly fixed on quality, attention to detail and the requirements of the buyer. Our projects, be it residential, commercial or entertainment are intended to provide the simple concept of happier and better place to live, work and thrive for everyone that invests with us." Concluded Mr. Azzam.
