La Germania introduces fan-assisted gas oven cookers

"These cookers are specifically designed for Middle East markets as L.P.G is easily as well as economically available and hence an all gas option model will be beneficial for the customers. Apart from that, a fan assisted gas oven will retain the freshness of the cooked dish by retaining the moisture content in the food," said Mr. Suresh Nair, G.M, Projects and Appliances Division.

The D 95C81X and V 95C81X models have a unique 'heat surround' cooking feature that enables the user to cook a variety dishes on different levels, thereby eliminating 'flavor mix'. The new fan-assisted gas ovens also preserve the moisture of the cooked food, thus maintaining its freshness.

The cooking range segment of La Germania consists of over 20 regular models, domestic as well as professional, with a variety of combinations of gas as well as electric burners on the hob. The multi-function as well as normal ovens in these cookers work with electricity or gas; all have a built-in grilling facility.

Most of the models are equipped with child safety devices in the hob, oven and grill. These cookers also include other prime features such as combination cooking, closed door grilling, triple-ring burner, and rotisserie, among others.

La Germania products, which are manufactured in Italy, are marketed and distributed in the UAE by Jacky's Middle East and are available in all major hyper markets and major retail stores in the country.
