Armada Group successfully completes two major projects in UAE

Construction begins next month (March 2006) for this project which will have nine floors. The project is expected to be completed in 12 months.

Dr. Mohamad Rahif Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group, said: "öArmada Group has gone from strength to strength, taking up new projects and completing them on schedule. We have consolidated our position in the UAE and we are sure we will have more projects in the coming months."

The Bin Hadier Group has already successfully completed an AED7-million warehousing project at Sharjah industrial zone 17 in a record time of eight months for Armada Group. The project which consists of 10 warehouses, was built on a total area of 40,000 sq. ft.

The warehouses provide ample space for storage, for the local manufacturing units and service industries. The structure, constructed on concrete foundations and steel structures which were provided by the Saudi Al-Zamil Steel Company, has insulated aluminum roofing.

The Armada group has also successfully completed an AED6-million labour camp project at Al-Sagaa area in Sharjah. The project, which was executed by Amir Al-Bahr Contracting Company, was executed in a record time of 10 months.

The labour complex, with full amenities, can accommodate 500 labourers. The Armada Group can either use this purpose-built structure to house its own workers or can lease it to outside parties.

Constructed with full utilities and services, the complex offers 45 rooms, 44 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, a warehouse, and an office.
