MKM is a subsidiary of the Wafi Group - also a client of the firm - which has various operations across the property, hospitality services, manufacturing and freight shipping industries in the Gulf region.
"The Gulf is experiencing rapid economic expansion and MKM has identified a potentially lucrative market for quality racing yachts," says London-based Corporate partner Paul Sheridan, who led the project team.
Seaquest's production facilities and other assets will be relocated to Dubai, where MKM is based, while its sales and customer care facilities will remain in the UK.
