We started with a team of four, and in less than a year, we have grown into a strong team of over 260 professionals of which 40 per cent are nationals, all of whom are client-focused and keen to support our commitment to Service Excellence."
Commenting on Injazat's growth, Lorcan Malone, COO, Injazat Data Systems, stated:

Ibrahim Lari emphasized on the efforts that Injazat Data Systems is making in investing in its people "We are very keen on developing the UAE's IT talents, hence our Graduate Development Programme is designed to create an innovative and lively career environment for young, motivated graduate nationals. Currently we have 24 national developees".
In 2005, Injazat set new standards in the Middle East IT services industry by landing the largest deal of its kind - with ADWEA, the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority with a total contract value exceeding 400 million AED.
