The showroom is a joint venture between the Italian manufacturer and Al Aqili Furnishings, the leading UAE-based furnishings group.

Francesco Molon manufactures classical European furniture designed exclusively for affluent consumers. The company's Dubai showroom features individual furniture pieces that are veritable works of art. Customers wishing to visit the showroom are required to make prior appointments.

"We were convinced that Dubai was our ideal entry point to the Middle East," said Francesco Molon, Chairman of GieMme Stile Spa. "Dubai's all-round growth has brought with it a new affluence, and the rising profile of the city as a business and tourist hub has been attracting ever more luxury hotel chains. All this has helped create a huge market for high-end, aristocratic furniture that reflects classical European traditions."

Mansour Khodjasteh, Managing Director of Al Aqili Furnishings highlighted that,

"Francesco Molon is the most prestigious name in the high-end furniture sector, and we are extremely proud to be associated with them. The company is renowned for their exquisite craftsmanship, and the products are all designed to reflect classical European-style furniture. The launch of Francesco Molon in Dubai is sure to set a new benchmark in the local high-end furniture market."

Francesco Molon manufactures four distinct, elegant collections specially designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes and needs - the 18th Century collection, the New Empire collection, the Italian & French country collection, and the Executive collection, in addition to upholstery and kitchen collections.

The 18th Century collection is a unique blend of antique and specially crafted contemporary furnishings in the English period tradition, whereas the New Empire collection includes authentic reproductions in the Russian and French empire style. The Italian and French Country collection groups Italian and European country furniture that is neither heavy nor rustic, but features the elegant simplicity indicative of fine rural estates. Distinguished office and library furnishing comprise the Executive collection.

Francesco Molon searches throughout the world for the highest-grade materials, veneers, refined burls, exotic rosewoods and ebony, and boasts over 100 artisans highly skilled in painting, marquetry and gold leaf application.

"We saw this a great opportunity to inaugurate our three other new showrooms within the same Pyramid Centre, including that of German furniture manufacturer - Bretz, with its unique and artistic high design sofa's and beds, our lighting solutions concept - BeLight, and Arte de Mexico, makers of distinctive chandeliers and exterior lighting for villas. This along with the Francseco Molon Showroom and our already well established Carpetland and Curtainland showrooms, makes this center a one stop shop for high-end furnishings", added Shahriar Khodjasteh, Group Marketing Director for Al Aqili Furnishings.
