- PRESS RELEASE
Victory Heights is a major participant of the highly anticipated International Property Week taking place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from Tuesday 21st February 2006 until Thursday 23rd February 2006.
International Property Week offers a suitable podium for Victory Heights to highlight its achievements in the property development sector and its continuing efforts and commitment to meet as well as promote international construction standards in a competitive and ever-growing environment.
"Through our participation in such an International event, we aim to demonstrate our core corporate principles and share the high standards that we adhere to in our operations," Davies added.
Victory Heights is a joint venture between Dubai Sports City and Arcapita Investment Bank, a leading international property developer, and is Dubai's first villa estate with Olympic standard sport venues at its door step.
As member community of Dubai Sports City, it brings together an array of international sporting greats including the Manchester United Soccer Academy, ICC Cricket academy, David Lloyd Tennis Academy, Butch Harman School of Golf and Next Generation Health clubs.
The centrepiece of this development is The Dunes, an 18-hole golf course designed by champion golfer Ernie Els. The Dunes will be Ernie Els's first golf course in the Middle East combining a links golf course with traditional 'classical era' design.
Victory Heights is an integrated sports facility which includes local and international schools, retail centre, mosques, bike and jogging paths, all as part of a world-class range of sporting, entertainment and leisure facilities.
Over 900 spacious and elegant villas will be set around the golf course in landscaped grounds and open spaces.
