Novotel sends Bahraini to international training school

As part of its on-going commitment to excellence The Novotel Al Dana Resort has sent Bahraini Pastry Chef, Mr Jaffar Ali Abdulla, to France to attend Lenotre School (part of ACCOR Group), a professional school for training in culinary excellence based in Paris.
Mr Jaffar has previously worked in some of the top hotels in Bahrain, before reaching his current position as Pastry Chef at The Novotel, Al Dana Resort.
Mr Khalid Anib, the General Manager of Novotel said, "Novotel, believes in excellence of service and, as such, our commitment to training is paramount. This school is one of the best of its kind in the world and offers students the opportunity to improve to a very high level."
Upon returning from the course, Mr. Jaffar said "I am very grateful to Novotel for giving me this fantastic opportunity to learn from, and work with, some inspirational chefs. I have gained valuable experience from this course that will be put to good use at the hotel on a daily basis."
As well as Europe Lenotre School is also in Asia, Africa, and North America.
Novotel Al Dana Resort (part of ACCOR Group) is an international-class hotel that combines traditional Arabic elegance with a modern touch. The hotel, one of the two beach hotels in Bahrain, is located along the Shaikh Hamad Causeway, close to the National Museum, has 172 rooms and suites, comprising of 132 Deluxe Rooms, 19 Deluxe Suites, 17 Executive Suites and 4 Signature Suites.
