Novotel sends Bahraini to international training school

Under the eye of a highly qualified team of professionals, French craftsmen, Mr Jaffar was taught alongside some of the worlds finest chefs where he learned about new flavours, the latest cooking techniques, cake decoration and using the most modern, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment.

Mr Jaffar has previously worked in some of the top hotels in Bahrain, before reaching his current position as Pastry Chef at The Novotel, Al Dana Resort.

Mr Khalid Anib, the General Manager of Novotel said, "Novotel, believes in excellence of service and, as such, our commitment to training is paramount. This school is one of the best of its kind in the world and offers students the opportunity to improve to a very high level."

Upon returning from the course, Mr. Jaffar said "I am very grateful to Novotel for giving me this fantastic opportunity to learn from, and work with, some inspirational chefs. I have gained valuable experience from this course that will be put to good use at the hotel on a daily basis."
