The new Customer Service Centre at DHCC will be open six days a week from 8 am to 6 pm. Both new and existing customers will be able to gain assistance on new accounts, personal loans, car loans or home loans, credit cards and fixed deposits. The ATM facility allows customers to deposit cheques, withdraw cash and make cash deposits 24 hours a day. The centre also offers a cybercafé style corner for Internet banking comprising of a coffee and juice bar.

The bank also has another Customer Service Centre located in the heart of the Arabian Ranches residential development in the Arabian Ranches Community Centre.
