Universal Media Seven announces Jaikumar Menon as the new Regional Managing Director

Regional media veteran Jaikumar Menon is the new Regional Managing Director for UM7.

Fadi Salameh, CEO and President of the Middle East Communications Network (MCN) made the announcement today.

"Jaikumar, who has been with us at Promoseven for almost 13 years now, has extensive experience with media across the region. Having worked in both Saudi and Bahrain before moving to the Head Office in Dubai, Jai has been largely instrumental in developing the quality of the UM7 media product over the years"


added Salameh.

Jai's passion for research and strategic planning, his sharp skills in executing leading edge media buys, and his inspiring leadership and team playing abilities makes uniquely qualified for his new role as UM7's new Managing Director. He is a thinker and doer, and a leader and motivator. Menon is a popular figure within the network, and is known for his good relationships with both clients and media.

Fadi Salameh said, "I know that Jai will work together with us at the network towards establishing UM7 not only as the leading media agency in the region, but will help fly the Promoseven flag up a notch."

Universal Media Seven, the Promoseven Network's media arm were recognized as the 'Media Communications Company of the Year' at the 2005 Arabian Business Awards. The agency also had the largest number of new business wins for the year in the region, according to latest reports.
