The Innpro development on The Palm, Jumeirah's west marina will cover in excess of 200,000 sq ft and is set to include a hotel combined with a shopping, entertainment and health complex. The Palm will be home to 4 marinas in total (2 on each island) together capable of berthing up to 400 yachts.

Innpro has previously developed several hotels, shopping-areas and office buildings and have a range of competencies including planning, project development, project investment, construction management, project guiding, finance and marketing. They are currently involved in developing a number of projects in Cologne including the 'abc-tower' in the airport business centre; extension to the Cologne University; congress hotel building and office tower; and a congress hall.
In addition to the soon to open Dubai office Innpro has offices in Germany, Switzerland and the UK.

International project developers Innpro International have signed an agreement with the Dubai Palm Developers LLC. The deal confirms Innpro's intention to build a 1 billion dirham hotel complex on the west marina of The Palm, Jumeirah.

The Palm involves the creation of the world's largest two man-made islands known as The Palm, Jumeirah and The Palm, Jebel Ali. Located just off the coast of the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the two palm tree shaped islands are expected to contribute to the city's position as a premier global tourist destination. A further two to three years will be required to complete the infrastructure and the buildings. The end-result will be the creation of two virtually self-contained communities within the islands.
