8th Global Businesswomen and Leaders Forum to provide business advice for women professionals

The 8th Global Businesswomen and Leaders Forum will be held on the 7th and 8th of March 2006 at the Burj Al Arab, Dubai, UAE.

Held on International Women's Day, this annual conference seeks to provide women professionals in the region with valuable business advice and empower them for significant contributions to the regional economy. Organized by Datamatix, the forum is being sponsored by the Dubai Business Women Council, Shuaa Capital and L'azurde.

The panel of expert speakers and women leaders at this year's conference will include Dr. Deisi Kusztra, President, World Family Organization, Brazil, Ms. Rajaa Al Gurg, President, Dubai Businesswomen's Council, Ms. Salam Saadeh, Managing Director - Capital Markets, Shuaa Capital, Ms. Sawsan Shadly, President and Founder, Saudi International Center, KSA, Ms. Gay Warren Gaddis, President and CEO, T3 (The Think Tank) and Dr. Fatmah Ba-Othman, Academic & Consultant, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Major topics that will be taken up for discussion at the forum include Challenges facing women entrepreneurs, Investment opportunities and financial advice for businesswomen, Women in politics, Empowering Saudi Arabian business women, Strategies for success in the GCC economy, Emerging role of women in the Middle East media industry and Negotiation and decision making strategies for women in the global market.

Speaking about the event, Mr. Ali Al Kamali, Managing Director Datamatix Group said,
