The new-look, spacious office is located in Emirates Commercial Complex, Khalifa Street - Al Ain's prime commercial district.

Introducing for the very first time a 485 square meter 'Travel Shop', the plush office also incorporates a range of new amenities including; a dedicated counter for travel agents; an exclusive information and booking counter for Emirates Holidays, a separate counter for First and Business Class passengers, and for Gold and Silver members of Skywards - the airline's frequent flyer programme.

The office will house 20 Emirates staff, spread across various departments such as Ticketing, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Management.

Ahmad Al Haj, Emirates Manager Abu Dhabi and Al Ain said: "The new office is very much in keeping with Emirates' global standards for customer service delivery. It will enable the airline's staff to effectively handle a larger volume of customers, and has provision for further expansion to cater for increasing demand."

The prominent outdoor branding makes the new Emirates Al Ain office easily visible to customers.

Customers will also benefit from the covered car park which has a capacity to accommodate almost 500 cars.

The winner of more than 280 major international awards, Emirates enjoys a well-established reputation for superior customer service both in the air and on the ground.
