IPOs drain market liquidity

The initial public offerings for Du telecoms and mortgage finance company Tamweel are being blamed for the continued slump in UAE stock prices. Traders said they were surprised at the extent of the selling by investors who wanted to buy the IPOs which was taking the market down.
