Towell Auto Centre conducts Mazda Customer Meet at Ibri Showroom

In keeping in line with their concept of getting closer to customers, Mazda team at Ibri recently took their Ibri customers on a familiarisation tour of the Mazda showroom.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of honourable Sheikh Said Bin Mohammed Bin Khamis Al Alawi, Waqba wilayat, Ibri. The purpose of the customer meet was to brief, train and educate customers on the efforts undertaken by Mazda to help serve them better.
Mohammed Sajid, Branch Manager of Ibri Showroom, took the initiative of creating such an opportunity for a customer interaction with the staff of Mazda. There were over 60 attendees from various backgrounds such as Ministry officials, insurance companies, bank managers, fleet customers, sheikhs of different wilayats and other prominent customers.
Speaking on the event, Mohammed Sajid commented, "We had a very lively and interactive session with our customers. Our National Managers cleared many of the issues, concerns and doubts that were raised by the customers immediately. Many of our customers were impressed with our new Mazda showroom as well as our state-of-the art facilities. We are very pleased at the outcome of this meet and plan to have many more of such meets in the future."
Managing and delivering excellent customer service is a keystone of Towell Auto Centre's strategy and in order to achieve superior customer service, regular customer meets are conducted to recognise the various needs of the customers.
