- PRESS RELEASE
In another world-first for Dubai, MAF Hospitality is set to redefine dining in a vast restaurant at Mall of the Emirates interfacing with the soon-to-be-opened Kempinski Hotel.
Opening at the beginning of March, the restaurant will be the largest in-door dining venue in Dubai, designed to serve 5,000 diners daily. MAF Hospitality describes the new concept, which will be rolled out globally, as an "avant-garde dining and entertainment experience".
According to Michael Henssler, General Manger, who is also a veteran gourmet chef, the innovative dining concept will completely redefine the traditional food court and hotel restaurant experience. "We have created a unique all-day dining environment that offers guests and visitors an astonishing variety of dining experiences with a design and concept that is truly exciting and unique."
Our guests will have the opportunity to see, select, smell, touch and eat within differing environments and be able to create for themselves a gourmet, family-style or quick service experience all within a single setting at very affordable prices. We believe that we are creating a matchless world-class institution at Mall of the Emirates, one that could change the way people dine out."
Situated in at the corridor linking the shopping mall and Ski Dubai with Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, the capacious new restaurant has direct panoramic views of the ski slopes of Ski Dubai.
