Formula One fans who dream of racing on the world's only desert track, Gulf Air has a solution to make the mirage a reality.
"The Gulf Air F1 simulators are the closest thing to racing in an F1 car. It's safe because you don't even have to worry about how fast you drive or even overtaking other drivers at high speed. As title sponsors we want visitors to enjoy the F1 experience," says Vice President Marketing and Sales Danny Barranger.
Visitors to the Gulf Air stand can also buy merchandise, make booking for flights as well as enquire about the frequent flyer programme (FFP).
For those who feel lucky, there will be an opportunity to win two Business Class tickets and a VIP pass to experience 4 x 4 off road adventure in a Hummer H3 at the Bahrain International circuit (BIC). Individuals can drop their business cards at the Gulf Air stand or the Paddock Club.
Aside from the F1 simulator children will also have the opportunity to meet Gulfy, a life-sized Cartoon style character appealing to boys and girls of all ages.
Created as an enhancement to Gulf Air's award-winning Sky Nanny service, Gulfy will be appearing at several places and on various occasions in Bahrain and Oman entertaining, engaging and enthralling children and adults alike.
