Contax is implementing Cognos Planning as part of a company-wide initiative to improve the accuracy of forecasts leading to improved decision making while also reducing the time and effort it traditionally took to complete annual expense budgets and quarterly forecasts. Using Cognos, executives are able to easily access integrated data and create up-to-date performance reports that are measured against forecasts.
