The company's unprecedented record of success, that includes a number of regional firsts, has put it on course to becoming the best BMW Group importer in the region.
Arno Husselmann, General Manager Abu Dhabi Motors says retaining, sourcing, motivating and training the best staff have been key factors in the success of Abu Dhabi Motors. Among his 264 staff he counts the two top volume BMW Sales Executives in the Middle East, Mazda Issa and Moutaz Louis, the top two BMW service advisors, Omran Saleh and Ziad Marchi and the region's top parts manager, Chavear Chavearov.
"Abu Dhabi Motors is an exceptional company and in 2005 we achieved an exceptional performance," said Husselmann. "Our customers know that not only are they buying the best products, but they are also dealing with the best company.
"We work with energy, conviction, enthusiasm and proven business methods to leave no stone unturned in our efforts to exceed our customers' expectations. Our products are only one aspect of our success. What we have greatly improved is the real value our customers experience when dealing with Abu Dhabi Motors.
"We do not chase awards. We are driven by standards. Get those right and you gain a customer's trust in the brand, the company and its people.
Abu Dhabi Motors has introduced a series of initiatives to ensure its customers enjoy the ultimate ownership experience. It was the first Middle East BMW Group importer to introduce BMW Service Inclusive and remains the only dealer to offer the five years or 100,000km package across the entire range of BMW models. It also led the way in introducing a 24 hour on call mobile recovery service for its BMW customers and water-based paint technology, a move aimed at protecting the environment from harmful chemicals.
"Our long term strategy is simple. We are working towards establishing Abu Dhabi Motors as the best BMW Group importer in the Middle East. We still have much to achieve and look forward to growing the business substantially in the future. What is important is not where we are today but what we want to achieve over the coming years,"
said Husselmann.
