Joseph's association with the first class hotel began in the year 2000 when he joined the Food Production team.

His hard work and dedication to the job was soon noticed and he rapidly moved up, eventually being promoted to the position of Meetings and Events Manager. During this time Joseph was trained to be an in-house trainer for the guest service concepts of Radisson SAS and he enjoyed his role in training staff.

Ultimately it led to a change for Joseph from the Food and Beverage Department to his current position. One of his main roles will be a focus on Omanisation and training Omani nationals for a long term career in hospitality alongside ensuring overall quality performance levels.

"I was always interested in training and dealing with employees and the scope of my current job allows me to do just that. My experience is a bonus as it gives me additional insight into the practical side of hotel operations. Our employees are our biggest asset and I believe are what makes this hotel special,"

says Joseph.
