The MIPIM exhibition to be held at the Palais des Festivals on March 14th will showcase the worlds leading international property developments.

Upbeat about his company's participation, the president of Tameer Holding, Omar Ayesh said 'Our organization has been servicing the Middle Eastern market for several years. In a short space of time we have grown to become one of the most reputable real estate companies in the region. We are pleased with this opportunity to represent Dubai through our projects and to present a modern and progressive part of the Middle East that is not normally shown worldwide.'

Tameer will be promoting four of their show piece projects including the state-of-the-art 'Dyad Tower' in the Dubai Silicon Oasis and the residential marvel of the Al Ameera Village; a fashionable development that covers approximately 500,000 square feet. Also included at the fair will be the celebrated 'Princess Tower', which is currently one of the world's tallest buildings that features 107 floors of luxury apartments, offices, sales outlets, and recreational clubs.

Tameer's new signature development, the AlSalam city will be the most important feature of their French promotion. Worth over USD 8.3 billion and spanning an area of approximately 220 million square feet, this residential and commercial development has already been hailed as an architectural triumph and considered the first of its kind in the region.

'France has an architectural legacy that is instantly recognizable worldwide and so we feel it is a privilege for us to again demonstrate to France and the world, what the Middle East now has to offer.' Omar Ayesh concluded.

Formed through a strategic partnership between Al-Rajhi Investment Group & Tameer Property Establishment, Tameer Holding entered the thriving UAE property market with various projects in addition to the ones in the MIPIM exhibition such as, Emirates Modern Industrial Area in Umm Al Quwain, the Dana 1 & Dana 2 projects in International City, AlShahd and AlJawzaa in Dubai, and Al-Ameera Tower, Sharjah's tallest residential tower.

In addition to their UAE based projects, Tameer Holding also has an agreement with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDC) in Jordan to develop a township of 7000 residential apartments and related living facilities and public services. The project is designed to target investors with limited income levels and will cover a total area of 22 million sq feet.
