The landmark skyscraper, located at the entrance of Business Bay, adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, is to become the signature building of the Business Bay locale, featuring a distinguishable bent glass façade made out of a wall of high-tech transparent glazing spanning more than 60 floors. Designers confirm that this translucent structure will be internally lit to create a brilliant luminous beacon on the Dubai skyline.
In addition to its iconic eye-catching design, this luxurious commercial office high-rise tower, with a built-up area of over 1 million square feet, promises to be one of the largest and most exclusive prime commercial real-estate properties in Dubai. The tower will offer in excess of 500,000 sq.ft of prime free-hold office space for its tenants. The Vision Tower will also be seamlessly connected to the Bay Avenue, health club, restaurants, shopping mall, and other amenities by an exclusive passage-way. An extensive parking lot will provide space for over 1,400 cars.
