Saraya fund seeks $250m

Saraya Holdings, Arab Bank, and Atlas Investment Group are taking the Saraya Real Estate MENA Fund on a roadshow throughout GCC countries. Promoters are seeking to raise $250m through an issue of 2,500 units with a par value of $100,000 per unit, of which Saraya Holdings and Arab Bank have committed to provide a seed capital of $25m each.
