Dubai Municipality automates performance measurement

The implementation of the software will help link daily tasks with the overall organisational strategy of the municipality, while providing effective communication with clearly identified measures and targets.

The performance management software facilitates creation of customisable reports, updated with the most up-to-date information and helps Dubai Municipality measure and manage only what is important, with the use of Briefing Books. 60 different performance indicators will be measured in the 38 departments where the software has been deployed.
