DAMAC Properties awards AED 12 Million enabling contract to Al Habtoor STFA Soil Group

Through the agreement, Al Habtoor will complete shoring, excavation, dewatering and piling works that precede the building process of the tower.

Mobilization of the enabling works already started on site and will be completed within a 6 months Period, after which the tower would be built and delivered in 2008.

The main contract tender for Executive Heights shall be released shortly, resulting in the choice of a contractor, due to conduct the construction of the stunning office tower.
