Arab nations lag in VoIP

Arab countries are lagging behind the rest of the world in Voice over Internet Protocol, officials told delegates to the Arab ICT Regulators Network's annual meeting. They said VoIP was increasingly a global standard but was being hampered by a lack of broadband access and weak infrastructure, reported Gulf News.
