Saudi college, university ambition

Effat College, a leading higher education institution for women in Saudi Arabia, hopes to become a full university soon. Dean Haifa Jamal Al-Lail told Arab News the college is completing requirements set by the Higher Education Ministry for university status, and is to establish colleges for computer science, electrical engineering, bio-medical engineering, and architecture.
