The new project can help nautical companies build product awareness, excitement and amplify their competitive advantages — regionally and internationally. Companies to participate in the show complex will discover new ways to influence potential customers and reach narrowing market segments.

This showroom means investing more than USD20m to create a large ship's chandlers in Dubai. The 35,000 sqft complex is set to house around 100 companies providing a full range of services to boaters and yachting industry in the entire Emirate. Those companies range from boat manufacturers to finance and insure companies, as well as a school to teach navigation and boating safety.

Knotika Marine Mall represents Knotika Holding's vision, which embodied in the strategy of adding more emphasis on the yachting industry. Since the yachting industry until now is underestimated, though it is actually considered to be as big as the realty and car markets.

The one-stop boat shopping complex plans to meet the increase in demand by bringing together boating companies and service providers under one roof, and facilitating the potential customer's purchase.

Great opportunities are there for companies ranging from various promotional campaigns to indoor & outdoor displays, besides virtual displaying screens that stand rather in every significant niche of the whole Megastore.

"We now have the largest hub in the Middle East. It's the biggest in the world, and it will thus generate a worldwide demand that will be higher than the supply," said CEO, Wael Juju.

"There's no place in any other country where we have done this, where we can gather boating companies under one roof. We are putting all boating competitors under one roof to service the client and create a market," said Saeed Hareb, Chairman of Knotika Holding.

"Dubai is the sample project. We have franchised the whole scheme in one year in the whole region and we may expand to Europe and North America," adds Juju.

The show complex conception is meant to trigger healthy competition among different companies through offering unique retail and wholesales solutions. Hence, it highlights customers' need of different yachts, boats and other marine gears in a competitive way.

"Knotika Marine Mall is actually as big as the real estate and car markets. Knotika has realized the opportunity and we expect the Arab coast to be a competitive and attractive site for the yachting industry," declares Mr. Juju.

The said fair complex will thus provide the much-needed edge in creating an ideal ambiance for any business. Through a balanced strategy of low and high-tech resources, Knotika Marine Mall model is no doubt the perfect addition to increase nautical firm's revenues in normal or uncertain market conditions.

"With the building of a Megastore Complex in Dubai, we now further enhance Gulf Marine Sector and provide marine customers with services that suit their every need under one roof. The market for boat sales in Dubai is estimated to grow by 500% in the next five years stemming from marina developments projects such as the Palm Island Jumeira, Jebel Ali, The World and Dubai Marina," adds Mr. Juju.

With many available advantages, nautical companies have all the means to influence the right customers at the right time. Knotika Marine Mall helps in building top-of-mind marine business with good atmosphere that is very important to a prosperous business.
