This new football boot concept allows players to customize, adapt and tune their boots to any weather, any pitch and their very own personal style.

The revolutionary +F50 TUNIT is easily constructed from three interchangeable components: the upper, the chassis and the studs. Each component comes in a variety of styles and functions. Simply by mixing and matching their components of choice, each player can easily build and tune their boots.

Players such as Djibril Cissé (France and Liverpool FC), Jermain Defoe (England and Tottenham Hotspurs), Arjen Robben (The Netherlands and Chelsea FC) and Kevin Kuranyi (Germany and FC Schalke 04) will wear their personal configurations of the +F50 TUNIT at the 2006 FIFA World Cup™.

'The +F50 TUNIT can be any boot you want it to be, the materials used allow you to have a warm or cool boot, a lightweight boot, a cushioned boot or a soft, hard or firm ground boot,' commented Walter Bruppacher, Head of Marketing, adidas Emerging Markets. 'The result will be a combination of comfort, performance and style, the likes of which the pitch has never seen.'

The specially developed boot upper, in a range of exciting bold colours, uses extremely thin and soft material providing a lightweight, abrasion-resisting performance boot to enhance the durability and provides greater comfort. The presence of adidas's revolutionary ClimaCool® ensures 360° cooling for the entire foot through the adiHex/mesh upper construction and ventilation cut-outs in the outsole.

Ensuring the highest level of comfort for every individual, the +F50 TUNIT chassis system allows you to insert your preferred chassis, supporting the flexible upper while providing stability and distributing the pressure from the studs. Wearers can choose from the lightweight chassis, with reduced weight through less material usage/cut-outs. This chassis also serves the ClimaCool®l upper (75grm), and the comfort chassis, providing additional comfort and cushioning/shock absorption at high pressure points, such as heel and forefoot ball area (84grm).

Rounding of this complete football boot are the three different stud sets. The TRAXION® studs allow the user to select the studs of their choice depending on the ground they are playing on, be it soft, firm or hard.

The +F50 TUNIT adapts to your own preferences. It's a boot for all conditions, tailored to your very own personal style. The +F50 TUNIT will be available in the Middle East in April and will be available at adidas Sport Performance stores and exclusive retail outlets throughout the Middle East.
