It endeavors to meet every frequent flyer's demands and needs concerning flight information, luggage and following up on the various rewards the frequent flyer program provides RJ's customers.

Dabbas said that the system is to be implemented starting with June 2006 as one of the requirements for joining oneworld alliance, expected by the end of this year. It also comes in line with RJ's attempt at automating services and facilitating travel procedures, that comes to complement the electronic ticketing system that Royal Jordanian will be executing soon.

Dabbas stressed that CRANE will enable the airline to optimize consistent communication with every passenger individually. Through the system, the airline will be able to provide passengers with all data on their membership in the frequent flyer program, the points accumulated through flying onboard RJ and other airlines, members of oneworld, and the benefits that frequent flyers enjoy.
