Ltd, LG's Air Conditioners distributor in KSA, won the grand award & No,1 position for the best home servicing in Middle East and North Africa; Al Naghi United Company, LG's Home Appliances distributor in KSA, won the grand award & No,1 position for the best customer service in MENA; Al Jassim Electronics Est., LG's Notebooks distributors in KSA, won the grand award & No,1 position for the best service development in the region.
This is the 1st time ever for LG distributors in KSA to win such a regional award among all distributors in the Middle East and North Africa.
Mr. C K Cho, General Manager of LG Electronics in Saudi Arabia, said, "This achievement is due to the special effort done by our distributors in KSA to present the best service level and quality to the Saudi consumer."
He also added that LG's policy is to support all its distributors by providing them high quality service standards and qualified technicians according to the international standards.
