She brings with her more than 12 years of marketing and channel experience and will handle Tech Access's marketing and communications initiatives in the region. Previously, Bentley has held positions at Blackspider Technologies where she was responsible for the company's channel partner programme, including channel strategy, partner recruitment and lead generation; and RSA Security where she was global channel marketing manager responsible for a partner programme that included 2,000 distributors, resellers and systems integrators.

"The Middle East market for IT suppliers is growing steadily year-on-year, which means that clients want to invest in technology that will grow with their needs," said Bentley.

"Competition in the enterprise and mid-market space is becoming quite fierce among international IT suppliers, with more companies chasing an ever-growing Middle East communications-reliant market. This is an exciting time for Tech Access. Our broadened portfolio of products and services strengthens our value proposition to the enterprise and mid-market sectors and we are working with our vendor partners to develop comprehensive marketing plans. We will announce a reseller recruitment campaign shortly."

To support its partner network, Tech Access has four offices in the region including satellite offices in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Morocco. The expansion of the Dubai-based company - which provides resellers with a number of value added services, including pre-sales support, partner relationship management, consultancy, training, marketing, plus professional services and technical support - adds a new layer of partner services for resellers across the Middle East and provides them with direct link to a team of specialist sales and configuration experts.

"The value we add to our partners comes from our local knowledge and in-depth technological expertise, and I'm very confident with Sarah on board we will be able to offer higher levels of service to our resellers," said Shomail Ghalib, managing director, Tech Access.
