As a reward for their diligence and hard work, a 2006 Mercedes Benz E500 was presented to them during the celebratory AlSalam City launch event on March 5th. The luxury vehicle was accepted by Mr. Steven Corbelli, the General Manager at Luxury City Real Estate, on behalf of his team at the occasion.
Also in attendance for the handover was Ali Al Khudairi, the CEO of Tameer Holding, where he commented. ''We truly admire the hard work and effort that all our agents have made in selling the Tameer brand and dream, and not just the one who won tonight. However, we are particularly pleased with what Corbelli and his team at Luxary City Real Estate have achieved and feel proud to present them with this stylish prize.'
The competition to win the vehicle was initially announced last year during the Al Ameera Village launch; Tameer Holdings AED 1.2 billion project in the Emirate of Ajman and was designed to inspire its various agents to compete with each other in achieving the most sales.
Across the UAE, the property development market is thriving and continues to grow with little sign of decreasing, as both its commercial and residential sectors are now open to investors worldwide. Competition amongst the various real estate developers both foreign and local has become intense, as firms vie with one another to produce the best projects and appeal to the widest customers.
'Although I am absolutely delighted that Luxury City Real Estate has won this award, my happiness is not for the reason that we have been handed the keys to such a beautiful car, but the fact that all of our hard work and perseverance has paid off and is being recognized. I would like to say 'well done' to my team'. said Mr. Steven Corbelli.
Formed through a strategic partnership between Al-Rajhi Investment Group & Tameer Property Establishment, Tameer Holding had entered the thriving UAE property market with the world's tallest tower 'Princess Tower', located in Dubai Marina, the Dana 1 & Dana 2 projects in International City, Al Salam City in Umm Al Quwain, Al Ameera Village in Ajman and Al-Ameera Tower, Sharjah's tallest residential tower. Today, the firm's investment portfolio in the market totals AED 40 billion.
