Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank spearheads Emiratisation by signing MOU with Tanmia

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority (TANMIA) that aims at finding employment solutions and training for UAE Nationals in the banking industry.
According to the MOU, TANMIA will coordinate with ADIB to identify job requirements, nominate suitable candidates and work with the bank to develop training programs. The agreement with TANMIA is an integral part of ADIB's policy to implement Emiratisation programs in the bank by coordinating with various organizations in the country. The agreement comes in line with the bank's program "TAWTEEN" to implement Emiratisation plans and attract UAE nationals to work in the banking sector as well as providing UAE students training courses about the industry itself.
