Showtime took Gold for the coveted Best Television Image Promo and also took home Gold for Best Drama Promo, Best Children's Promo and Something for Nothing.
Peter Van Zoelen, Director of on air Promotions said, 'It is very satisfying and a great recognition for the hard work which is all done in-house at Showtime's headquarters in Dubai Media City. It is great for the team to get well deserved awards after the tireless effort and most importantly the level of creativity and excellence we have achieved. Showtime has once again established itself as a leader in the industry; it has been a fantastic conference with outstanding speakers and we are already looking forward to next year.'
With 23 nominations and 10 wins, Showtime's promotions department has demonstrated it has a world class team of professionals recognized on a global level by leading figures and experts in the broadcast promotion, marketing and design field. Judges from around the world including Argentina, Egypt, Japan, Jordan, UAE, UK and the US marked the competition in a scoring system similar to that used to judge the Olympics.
