Global Technology Services, LLC, (GTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) and a Government of Dubai entity, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Sage, a leading international software provider.
"Based on a sound three-year plan, the partnership is poised to provide value-added software solutions to small and medium business houses. This will enable customers to leverage latest best practices at an affordable investment ranging from US$ 75,000 to US$ 200,000," said Hussain Sultan, ENOC Group Chief Executive & Board Member.
"GTS has implemented an ERP internally with the ENOC Group. The result was an extremely successful implementation for a diverse group of businesses. We are confident GTS will be able to satisfy the needs of any quality conscious company looking to stay competitive," added Sultan.
According to Shishir Srivastava, Director of Sage Middle East, customers are looking for solutions that comprise powerful and advanced products of international repute that can be localised and delivered by technical and product-knowledge experts.
"The GTS people understand the customers' business needs and they are committed to building lasting partnerships with Sage customers. Making a decision to team up with GTS was easy," said Shishir.
Sage's world leadership as an ERP and business management software provider will expand the GTS client portfolio to include the mid market segment on top of its current high end enterprise solutions activities.
"We have recruited a dedicated team of qualified Sage consultants to work exclusively on the projects providing turnkey solutions in manufacturing, distribution, retail, CRM and e-business areas," said R Shanker, Business Head, GTS.
The agreement was signed at ENOC's Dubai headquarters between Sultan and Shishir Srivastava, Sage Middle East, Director.
