Tameer signs Surbana, Diyar

Tameer Holdings has signed on Singapore-based firm Surbana to help with the master design, and Saudi's Diyar Consultants to design villas and buildings, for the first phase of $8.17bn AlSalam City in Umm Al Quwain. The development will have a number of residential districts able to house 500,000 people.
