Co-operation agreement between DUC and DWA

Dr. Omar Hefni, president, DUC and Mrs. Khawlah Al Nabootha, vice president, Dubai Woman Association signed an agreement between both organizations announcing the activation of "E-Women" courses which will be handled by the DUC Technical Center.
Dr. Omar Hefni said: "The Technology Center (TC) of DUC will undertake the responsibility through their technical labs in the consultancy and training center of DWA. TC will also supervise and install all the original software and applications, in addition to the hardware maintenance.
"It will provide a high level instructor and training programs. All candidates who undertake our training programs in DWA will get their certificates accredited from leading IT companies under the supervision of TC."
Mrs. Khawla Al Nabootha said: "Dubai Woman Association will promote the Technology Center of DUC as a strategic partner in business administration and Information Technology in all its training advertisements. In addition, DWA will provide the necessary infrastructure for the success of the agreement."
Eng. Najwa Diab, TC Manager, announced the activation of the "E-Woman" training program. "E-Woman is a program that will present the new image of the 21st century woman. It will help her understand the Information Technology revolution. E-Woman will assist women in her business environment and improve her skills."
"Women should be aware of new technologies, especially in Information Technology. We will dedicate our assets and efforts to provide the best quality training," she said.
