DED to open new offices in Al Twar Centre

The Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) announced that it will open new representative offices in Al Twar Centre in order to offer better services for its customers.
The Al Twar offices of DED will offer a series of services including information on commercial permits, related fees, responses to enquiries on license related fines and appointments for site inspections for licenses. Complete transactions payment for fines will also be accepted at the representative offices.
Ali Ibrahim, Deputy Director General for Executive Affairs, DED, expressed his gratitude to DM for their cooperation with the department and providing them with some of the available offices in the Transaction Centre. He also emphasized the role of DM in coordinating with DED to offer the best services to help in the development and growth of the business sector in Dubai.
Noura Jumaa, Director of Business Registration Division at the DED, said: "The DED focuses on providing value added services to its clients through developing and facilitating regulations. The new offices will be able to speed up the application process and facilitate clients who will no longer have to travel to DED premises in Deira."
Ms. Jumaa added: "This project comes in line with DED objectives to expand its services and help its clients in getting their work finished in a time-efficient manner."
