AD, demand for 250,000 units

Abu Dhabi will need to build 225,000 to 250,000 housing units over the next decade to cope with a doubling of its population, experts told a conference yesterday. Projects in hand are worth $55bn with hotel rooms also set to expand from 2,500 to 25,000 in the next 10 years, reported Gulf News.
