'Juniper's products are a perfect complement to our existing portfolio - we now have a very comprehensive portfolio of network solutions and services to serve the Middle East,'
said Keith Rich, managing director, Online Distribution Middle East, Western Asia and North Africa. 'We expect strong demand for Juniper Networks products - Juniper is already well known in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and we also plan to develop the channel further in countries like Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. We aim to serve the regional market by working with best-in-class technology vendors and optimizing our portfolio for reseller partners.'
To provide local channel partners with structured technical expertise, network design solutions, and assistance in training to develop their overall capabilities, Online will also roll out Juniper's J-Partner program in the region. Online, a subsidiary of international networking and IT services giant Datatec, has stocking points in both Jebel Ali and also in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
'Online introduces products to meet the demands of the regional market and I am confident that our collaboration with Juniper will reinforce our successful reputation, besides addressing the requirements of regional companies to improve operational efficiencies,' added Rich.
